Our Multi-Dance Students are brimming with excitement as they transition from Little Movers to Move Monkeys, where we take Multi-Dance to the next level. Here, they explore various dance styles while building essential core abilities, enabling seamless transitions between styles. In these classes, we introduce a structured approach, similar to a traditional classroom. Students take responsibility for their bodies and development, fostering disciplined learning, resilience, and the belief that they can achieve anything. Each class starts with an invigorating jazz-style warm-up, followed by stretches focusing on flexibility and conditioning. We introduce kids to jazz, hip hop, kpop, and Latin dances, over the course of the year helping them discover their preferences and develop coordination, balance, and body control. Each term, we teach a different dance style and really focus on working towards being able to perform the style well, building confidence, performance skills, and goal achievement, while showcasing their abilities. These lifelong skills are essential for creating well-rounded individuals.
